the star ratings - what do they mean? who enters them - the business
do they matter - i dont understand the stars

Yes they do matter. You get rated by the business after you work and you get to rate the business too. If you do good you will get a high ranking.

@ G.Dubs, I'm with you! One of the businesses told me its the most important thing they use in picking an operator.
